WAVEGUIDE RECEIVING ANTENNA
The waveguide receiving antenna is used for receiving of high-power microwave pulses. The antenna design is based on a standard waveguide of cross-section 23×10 mm. The frequency dependence of the effective absorbing area of the antenna is reduced by radio-absorbing wedges on the outside of the waveguide.
Operating frequency range | 9–11 GHz |
Input microwave peak power | up to 100 kW |
Effective area in the operating range | 2.8–3.7 cm2 |
SWR from the side of the output flange in the operating range | no greater than 2 |
Weight | no greater than 150 g |
Dimensions | no greater than 42×42×115 mm |
